Centred in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, IBPM has over forty years of experience in the builders / plumbers / roofing merchants industry, and thirty years of bathroom showroom experience. IBPM offers delivery within the Harrogate area, and supplies to both the trade and public.

Established in 1971 as a builders and plumbers merchants by Peter Dixon, and later expanded in 1984 to include a bathroom showroom, IBPM continues to be a friendly, family-run business.

IBPM is reliable and efficient, and our staff are friendly and able to offer advice and knowledge on all of our products. We stock hundreds of items at very competitive prices, and we can order any special requirements by the next day, or within the next few days.
Meet the Team

Mark Dixon - Company Director

Mark joined the company in 1982 to work alongside his father and learn the business. Together with his sister Tracey, they became co-owners of the company in 1996. Mark is also our resident expert on plumbing, roofing, and building, and is always available to give advice on your projects.

Tracey Martin - Company Director

Tracey joined the company in 1984 to work in the office supporting the operations. Tracey, co-owner of the company with Mark, heads up the showroom. She is the expert on bathrooms and will help you design your dream renovation.

Linda Dixon - Office Manager

Linda is our office manager, handling billing and accounts. Linda joined the company in 1996.

Paul Martin - Yard Manager

Paul manages the day-to-day operations in the yard, ensuring your supplies are ready and available on time. Contact Paul to schedule your supply needs.

Katie Perry - Showroom Consultant

Katie is our showroom consultant, and is front of house for our extensive bathroom display.

Dawn - Counter / Yard / Driver

Dawn handles deliveries, on-site, every day. She's your go-to for site delivery.
